Shiva Garuda Dharma

In this 1-day intensive workshop (suitable for all levels), we will deepen our experience of the Shiva Garuda practice and absorb the healing transformative power of sound and mantra. Cultivate a warm heart, "lazy" mind and "smart" body while returning to the primordial source of the heart. Discover that "enlightenment" can be "right here, right now!"

Shiva Garuda is a profound tantric teaching which potently combines breathwork, intention, mantra and mudra to directly connect us to our own true nature. This heart treasure is a gift to you from the Divine Mother. Shiva evokes Peace and Freedom ~ expressing our own true nature. Garuda evokes Phoenix Rising ~ the joyful manifestation of the Divine Mother.

Shiva Garuda helps us rise above dueling peaceful and turbulent dragon energies which continuously provoke conflict in our outer lives. Practice teaches us to embrace the Phoenix energy that transcends all karmic obstacles and smashes limited concepts. We discover our spiritual, warrior nature and the radiant, indestructible source within that withstands any external thunder. Life becomes pure celebration.

Lama Norbu | Master of Vajrayana and an adept in Supreme Yoga Tantra, grew up in a matriarchal society near Lugu Lake (in the region of Shangri-La). He received his Geshe "degree" (equivalent to a PhD) in Tibetan Buddhism at Sera Monastery. He recently authored Love Sutra Lama to highlight feminine spiritual awakening and its importance for our times. He currently serves as Spiritual Director of the New Century Foundation and has vowed to transmit the Shiva Garuda practice openly around the world to help all beings be free!
